Hotel website design
Many guests find you on a booking site, then search your name to see the rooms properly and check whether booking direct is better. Your website is where that decision gets made. It needs to look like the place, answer the questions, and make booking direct easy.

A hotel, B&B or holiday let website needs proper photos of every room, clear rates with the total price shown up front, a direct booking link that works first time on a phone, and the local information guests want. We build that for £449 setup and £39 a month (Launch) for a B&B or single holiday let, or £949 and £59 a month (Grow) for a small hotel with dining or events.
What guests check before booking direct
- The rooms, properly. Every room type with real photos, beds, sizes and what is included.
- The price. Rates, what is included (breakfast, parking) and the total, without surprises at checkout.
- A reason to book direct. Flexible cancellation, a better rate, a welcome extra, or simply the confidence of dealing with you.
- Where you are. A map, how to get there, parking, and what is nearby.
- The policies. Check-in times, cancellation, children, dogs, accessibility.
Show the full price up front
The Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 says that showing a headline price and then adding mandatory charges as the customer goes through booking, known as drip pricing, is prohibited. For accommodation, that means compulsory fees such as a cleaning fee, a booking fee or a resort charge belong in the price you show first, not at the last step. Optional extras can still be added later.
This is a summary for planning your website, not legal advice. The CMA's price transparency guidance is the authority. If your booking engine adds fees at checkout, check how it displays them.
What we build for accommodation
- A page per room type or property, with a gallery and what is included.
- Your booking engine or channel manager's booking link, prominent on every page on mobile.
- A rates and offers page we can update as your seasons change.
- Pages for dining, weddings, events or group bookings where you have them (Grow and above).
- Local guides to walks, attractions and places to eat, which guests read and Google shows.
- Google Business Profile set up and verified, with photos and links that match the site.
Example: a B&B or single holiday let
- Five pages: home, rooms or the property, rates and booking, the area, contact
- Booking link or availability calendar from your booking system
- Total price and policies stated clearly before guests book
- Google Business Profile set up with matching photos
- Rate and seasonal updates included, up to 4 requests a month
Fixed price. No long-term contract. You own your domain and content.
B&Bs and holiday lets
A single holiday cottage or a four-room B&B does not need a big site. It needs good photos, an honest description, availability, a booking or enquiry route, and a page about the area. That fits Launch. Several cottages, a guest house with a restaurant, or a small hotel with weddings is a Grow site, because each part needs its own page to be found.

Questions people ask
How much does a hotel website cost?
Ours is £449 setup and £39 a month for a B&B or holiday let, or £949 and £59 a month for a small hotel with dining or events, including hosting and edits.
Can you connect my booking system?
Yes. We link or embed the booking engine or channel manager you already use, and make the booking button easy to find on every page.
Do I have to show cleaning fees in the price?
The CMA's guidance says mandatory charges should be included in the headline price rather than added later in booking. Check the CMA's price transparency guidance for your situation.
Do I need a website if I am on booking sites?
Booking sites bring guests, but many look you up before booking. Your own site is the only place you control the photos, the story and the booking terms.
